Notable for its soft padded cover, this book from noted photographer Dorfman documents the costumes and makeup of "fandomia," or science fiction and fantasy enthusiasts. It's unclear whether this volume is designed to feature Dorfman's artistry, the imagination of the subjects or to merely provide other fans with new ideas, especially since these images are accompanied by just a few pages of text (a foreword from Carlo McCormick).
