Current and former executives at JetBlue Airways, Dell Computers, Deloitte and Touche USA, Madison Square Garden Corporation, American Express, Life Re Corporation, and Harvard Business School were interviewed by Benedict, an investigative journalist and Mormon, who also interviewed their families. He points out commonalities that are religiously based and how the men put family first, and details their background, character traits, personal habits, how they follow Mormon conventions such as tithing and not working on Sundays, and business practices.
