The libertarian Cato Institute's Center for Constitutional Studies presents the sixth volume of their annual critique of key Supreme Court decisions, covering the 2006 term. Covered in this volume is the Court's treatment of constitutional remedies in Wilkie v. Robbins, the election law case of FEC v. Wisconsin Right to Life, Inc., the First Amendment cases of Davenport v. Washington Education Association and Morse v. Frederick, the federal partial birth abortion case Gonzalez v. Carhart, standing and separation of powers issues in Massachusetts v. EPA, Establishment Clause issues in Hein v.
